Academy master funding agreement
LINK Learning Trust has entered into a master funding agreement with the secretary for state. This regulates funding of all the schools in LINK Learning Trust. For each individual school, LINK Learning Trust also enters into a supplemental funding agreement specific to the individual school.
The conditions of the master funding agreement and each supplemental funding agreement are that the MAT must establish an “advisory body” for each individual school. Each school in our trust has an Academy Council which is partly consultative only (i.e. without decision making power) or with limited decision making power as decided by the trust board.
